Punishment Range

Manufacture or Delivery of a controlled substance under penalty groups 1-4 (above) can range from a state jail felony (carrying a range of punishment of 180 days to 2 years in the state jail facility and up to a $10,000.00 fine) to an enhanced first degree felony (carrying a range of punishment of 15-99 years in the penitentiary and up to a $250,000.00, depending on the weight (including adulterants and dilutants) and the type of substance.
